Welcome to Sportzzbook, India's homegrown digital sports community. By downloading, registering, or using the Sportzzbook mobile application (“App”), website (“Platform”), or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Sportzzbook.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Sportzzbook, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional community or platform guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use Sportzzbook.

2. About Sportzzbook

Sportzzbook is a digital ecosystem built for athletes, coaches, academies, and federations — designed to connect, showcase, and empower the sports community. The platform allows you to:

• Create and share your verified athlete or coach profile.
• Connect with other sportspersons, academies, and brands.
• Participate in community activities, events, and AI-based mentorship programs.
• Access the Sportzzbook marketplace for sports products and services.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to impersonate another person or create a fake identity.
• Sportzzbook reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates community guidelines, misuses the platform, or provides false information.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content (photos, videos, achievements, posts, etc.) that you upload, but you grant Sportzzbook a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share your content for platform functionality, community engagement, or promotional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, or promotes hate.
• Share copyrighted material without permission.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or misleading promotional activity.
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or defame others.

5. Athlete Verification & AI Services

Sportzzbook provides optional verification for athletes and AI-based mentorship tools (such as performance tracking, nutrition guidance, and career tips). These services are designed for supportive insights only — they do not replace certified coaching, medical, or professional advice.

6. E-Commerce and Transactions

If you purchase products, services, or memberships on Sportzzbook:

• All payments are processed through authorized gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• Prices, availability, and offers are subject to change.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Sportzzbook is not liable for any third-party seller's delay, misrepresentation, or product defects.

7. Brand & Sponsorship Collaborations

Athletes or academies engaging with brands, sponsors, or federations through Sportzzbook must ensure transparency and authenticity. Sportzzbook acts as a facilitator only and does not guarantee outcomes or sponsorship deals.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your data is collected to personalize your experience, improve platform performance, and ensure authenticity in the sports community. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and security.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and brand elements of Sportzzbook (logos, icons, layout, text, etc.) are the intellectual property of Gokishi Sportzzbook Private Limited and protected by applicable Indian and international laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Community Rewards & XP System

Participation in XP-based rewards (e.g., Bronze Box unlocks, fee reimbursements, leaderboard challenges) is governed by fair play. Sportzzbook reserves the right to modify or discontinue any reward system, bonuses, or challenges without prior notice.

11. Limitations of Liability

Sportzzbook is built to empower, not to harm. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data or access issues due to network or device problems.
• Actions of other users or third-party integrations.
• Decisions made based on AI suggestions or content on the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also deactivate your account anytime via the app settings.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

14. Updates to the Terms

Sportzzbook may revise these Terms periodically. You will be notified of significant updates through the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
